Cozen O'Connor sued a former client on July 10 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. The court case brings claims against Guess & Co. for alleged non payment of legal fees. According to the suit, Guess & Co. has failed to pay more than $36,350 in outstanding fees for legal services provided in connection with corporate matters.
