Holland & Knight has strengthened its corporate, M&A and securities practice group with the addition of partner Timothy Lowry in Philadelphia.
Lowry provides legal and strategic advice to domestic and multinational clients in the gaming, entertainment and hospitality industries.
He was previously a partner and chair of the gaming practice at DLA Piper. Prior to that, he was senior corporate counsel at Harrah's Entertainment from 2007 to 2009.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
