Wawa Inc. was hit with a wage-and-hour class action on July 18 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. The court case accuses the defendant of failing to compensate employees when changing their work schedules with less than 14 days' notice in violation of Philadelphia Fair Workweek Employment Standards.
