Lamb McErlane partner Maureen M. McBride has been appointed chair of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's civil procedural rules committee.
The civil procedural rules committee, established in 1937, is the oldest of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's rules committees. The committee assists the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in the preparation, revision, publication and administration of the Rules of Civil Procedure.
At Lamb McErlane, McBride is co-chair of the firm's appellate department and member of the litigation department and executive committee. She concentrates her practice on appellate law and commercial litigation in state and federal courts.
