Main Line Fertility, an operator of a fertility clinics in the greater Philadelphia area, was hit with a privacy class action on July 21 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. The lawsuit is part of a string of cases accusing health care providers of intercepting and disclosing patients' private information through the use of website tracking pixels. The case is backed by Salz, Mongeluzzi, & Bendesky; Cohen & Malad; Stranch, Jennings & Garvey; and Turke & Strauss. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
