Lawyers at Campbell Conroy & O'Neil on Monday removed a lawsuit against Ford Motor Co. to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Selective Insurance Co. of South Carolinas as subrogee of Randler Landscaping in connection with underlying claims of property damage due to fire. The case is 2:23-cv-02795, Selective Insurance Company Of South Carolina et al v. Ford Motor Company.
