Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock Dodig LLP filed a lawsuit on behalf of a Philadelphia woman who was shot in the head during an eviction. The lawsuit was brought against a private security firm and others after the plaintiff, Angel Davis, was shot in her own apartment by a deputy land-lord tenant officer acting under the authority of Marisa Shuter, a private attorney who was appointed by the court to carry out evictions. Shuter is also a defenant. The suit was filed in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas as Davis Vs Girard Court Apartments LP Etal, 230702395.
