It's been a good year so far for plaintiffs looking for a good forum for their lawsuits.
Thanks to a series of developments in rules and court decisions on venue and jurisdiction matters, plaintiffs have more choice over where to file their Pennsylvania cases. And that means their lawyers are increasingly setting their sights on the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
