Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis partners voted in favor of the firm's plans to dissolve Wednesday night, hammering the final nail into the beleaguered firm's coffin.
According to a statement released by the firm, the executive committee pitched a dissolution proposal to partners, appointing a "wind-up committee of three liquidating partners" to manage the firm's closure.
