Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young announced that associate Andrew J. Barron recently participated in a panel for a Philadelphia Bar Association webinar titled, "Trusts 101: Everything You Wanted to Know (But Are Afraid to Ask)."
During the webinar, Barron and other panelists provided important trust terminology to participants while examining what a trust is, outlining the many uses of trusts and highlighting various types of trusts.
Additionally, he addressed the duties and powers of trustees and gave a general overview of the taxation of a trust.
