Fisher & Phillips recently announced that Scott C. Oberlander has joined the firm as of counsel in the firm's Philadelphia office.
Oberlander is an employment litigator with a focus on representing businesses in matters involving employee recruitment, raiding, and trade secrets.
He was most recently at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney where he counseled employers regarding the drafting and enforcement of restrictive covenants and confidentiality provisions. Oberlander also litigated restrictive covenant and trade secret cases across numerous industries, in addition to handling general employment disputes and administrative actions.
