The Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Co. and the Lubrizol Corp. were hit with an ERISA lawsuit on Aug. 18 in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The complaint, which arises from a disputed claim for long- and short-term disability benefits, was filed by the Law Office of Clifford D. Swift III on behalf of Maureen Grieco. The case is 2:23-cv-03203, Greico v. The Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Company.
