Following weeks of rumors, Dilworth Paxson has announced that it will be bringing a large group of Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis’ attorneys over from the dissolving firm, which expects to cease operations at the end of the month.

Among those making the move are former Schnader CEO David Smith and his litigation group, former tax and wealth management chair Bruce Rosenfield, trusts and estates attorney Roberta Barsotti, current tax and wealth management chair Roy Ross, executive committee member Melissa Blanton and real estate practice group chair Kevin Blanton, according to Dilworth chairman Lawrence McMichael.
