Rawle & Henderson recently announced that partner Floyd G. Cottrell has been appointed chairperson of the transportation committee of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC).
The IADC membership is composed of global leading corporate and insurance lawyers, and insurance executives. IADC partners with law firms, corporate law departments, and corporate and insurance executives.
Membership is limited to new members who are nominated and sponsored by current IADC members and approved by its board of directors. IADC's mission is to enhance the development of skills, professionalism, and camaraderie to serve and benefit the members and their clients, as well as the civil justice system, the legal profession and society in general.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
