CSX, the Florida-based railroad freight company, was sued on Aug. 24 in Pennsylvania Western District Court over alleged failure to hire due to disability. The lawsuit was brought by attorney Michael J. Bruzzese on behalf of a plaintiff claiming a 100% disability rating from Veterans Affairs. The case is 2:23-cv-01534, Etling v. CSX Transportation, Inc.
