Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young announced that partner Lisa R. Jacobs presented at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's (PBI) Annual Contracts Workshop 2023.
Her presentation, titled "Selected Issues in LLC Formation and Operations," addressed noncompete provisions, fiduciary duties and information rights. In addition to presenting, Jacobs also served as a course planner for the program, developing the seminar and its written materials.
Attorneys attended the workshop held at PBI's CLE Conference Center to discuss the cutting-edge developments in the law that affect both contract drafting and enforcement. The full-day event also included topics related to risk management strategies and the role of contracts in the modern digital sphere.
