Community Health Systems and other defendants were hit with a medical malpractice lawsuit on Aug. 23 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Luzerne County. The lawsuit, filed by Ross Feller Casey, accuses the defendants of failing to diagnose and treat a stroke in a timely fashion. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 202308787, Sabol Marjorie v. Wilkes Barre Hospital Company, LLC.
