Hershey was sued on Aug. 23 in Pennsylvania Middle District Court over alleged employment discrimination. The court action was filed by the Law Office of Andrew H. Shaw on behalf of three former employees who contend that they were denied religious exemption from receiving mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations. The case is 1:23-cv-01408, Stoffel v. The Hershey Company.
