Several schools in Western Pennsylvania have sued Norfolk Southern in connection with the train derailment in February in East Palestine, Ohio. The lawsuit, which was filed by Shenkan Injury Lawyers, Frantz Law Group and Dillon McCandless King Coulter & Graham, is captioned Ambridge Area School District v. Norfolk Southern, 2:23-cv-1530.
