Pennsylvania's Rules of Professional Conduct could soon include a new guideline for lawyers: don't sext your clients.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court Disciplinary Board announced a possible rule proposal that would clarify that restrictions on attorney-client sexual relations include a bar on "sexual communication."
