Neal & McDevitt, an intellectual property and marketing law firm based in the Chicago area, announced that it has formally expanded its practice to the East Coast by opening an office in the Plymouth Meeting Philadelphia suburbs and welcomed the addition of partner Christina D. Frangiosa and senior trademark paralegal Lori B. Colflesh.

Both recently joined the firm from the IP practice group of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott's Philadelphia office.

Frangiosa brings more than 25 years of experience counseling clients across various industries about intellectual property and technology law, including advising foreign companies with respect to U.S. matters and assisting U.S.-based clients in securing and protecting their IP rights outside the U.S.
