Attorneys who scored a $182.7 million birth injury verdict against the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania say the defendant can't escape liability in the case.
In a Sept. 1 brief, the plaintiffs' Gilman & Bedigian lawyers pushed back against HUP's assertion that they had manufactured an unsupported "team" theory of liability.
