Dorel Industries, Monbebe, Walmart and other defendants were slapped with a product liability lawsuit on Aug. 25 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. The lawsuit, brought by Stampone O'Brien Dilsheimer, alleges the defendants' product, the 'Monbebe Flex Deluxe Playard' led to the death of a child. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 230802817, Bogdan, Administrator Of Estate Of Christopher Bay.
