Ken Fulginiti of Duffy + Fulginiti is scheduled to participate in a panel discussion on "Ten Strategies for Artful Settlement Negotiations" at the 2023 Philadelphia Bar Association bench bar and annual conference, Sept. 22-23, at the Borgata in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Each year, this event brings lawyers and judges to the Jersey Shore for educational sessions and networking connections. The 2023 conference is set to feature 24 sessions on a number of topical issues.
Fulginiti's panel is designed to offer tips and tactics from attorneys, judges and insurance executives on strategies to understand, plan, and achieve an ultimate settlement outcome, whether it's for settlement dollars, a contract, or "that long-desired raise."
