Two attorneys from Sweet, Stevens, Katz & Williams are scheduled to be featured speakers at the PA Special Education Leadership Symposium on Sept. 11.
Senior associate Andrea Lynne Cola and associate Tammy J. Schmitt are set to present "The Current State of Special Education Law" jointly in a one-hour session at 10 a.m. They are set to address regulations, case law and current issues affecting special education.
The symposium is hosted by the Council of Administrators of Special Education, a professional organization fostering learning, policy, and advocacy of special education issues, and eLuma, an online educational and therapy services provider.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
