Attorneys Elissa K. Kerr and Jeffrey J. Rizzo Jr. have joined Flaster Greenberg as litigation associates in the firm's litigation department.
Kerr and Rizzo, headquartered in the firm's Philadelphia office, will focus their practice on commercial litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Kerr worked at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, and before that, Fox Rothschild. At Buchanan Ingersoll, her litigation practice focused on the defense of corporate clients in a broad range of complex commercial matters in the areas of business disputes, health care, labor and employment, whistleblower/false claims act, environmental harm, director's and officer's liability, and consumer protection.
