Fox Rothschild Philadelphia partner Odia Kagan is scheduled to be a speaker for a webinar titled "Practice Guidance: Crafting a Consumer Facing Privacy Notice," hosted by the Washington State Bar Association on Wednesday.
Kagan is set to lead a discussion of state laws and best practices regarding consumer facing privacy notices. She will review key points companies should consider while developing a robust privacy notice, and how to best craft them.
The webinar is scheduled to be held from noon to 1 p.m. PT.
