Whether because of hybrid work, or the fact that a handful of mergers over the past few years have made Philadelphia’s major law firms more geographically diverse, the city’s legal landscape is changing. And the Philadelphia Bar Association is hoping a new broad-based initiative will help it to stay relevant.

Leaders at the more than 220-year-old organization announced Wednesday that its board of governors recently adopted a new three-year strategic plan that outlines seven objectives aimed toward repositioning the association to better meet the needs of today’s legal world.
