On March 19, 2018, plaintiff Donald Collier Jr., 55, a delivery person, was delivering a package at Mercedes Benz of West Chester. Collier was walking across an access road near the entrance of the dealership when he was struck by a sedan driven by Matthew Davis, a dealership employee.
