Exxon Mobil and other defendants were sued on Sept. 15 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County for personal injury claims. The lawsuit was filed by Rosenbaum & Associates on behalf of the plaintiff who accuses a security guard of shooting him in the face. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 230901591, Vinson Vs Exxon Etal.
