Marshall Dennehey shareholder Melissa A. Dziak is scheduled to speak at the Medical Professional Liability (MPL) Association Claims and Risk Management/Patient Safety Workshop to be held from Wednesday to Friday.
Dziak, who is based in the firm's Scranton office, is set to speak on a panel at 1 p.m. on Thursday, along with respected industry leaders to discuss nuclear verdict trends, management of conflict of laws, and new statutes/case law that are changing the medical malpractice landscape.
The event is set to be held at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco in Pittsburgh.
