Even when AI and ChatGPT are not used, completeness is the rule. Failure to follow it is easily caught and highlighted by your opponent, and the resulting fallout is just too damaging and too damning.

The law prefers completeness. In the courtroom, when a portion of a document is introduced the opponent may demand immediate inclusion of any omitted language that is needed to give context and ensure fairness.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
