Josh J.T. Byrne and Alesia S. Sulock, shareholders in the Philadelphia office of Marshall Dennehey, are scheduled to be featured speakers at the Professional Liability Defense Federation (PLDF) annual meeting in Denver from Sept. 27-29.
They are set to join a panel titled "Defending and Avoiding Disciplinary Complaints."
Byrne leads Marshall Dennehey's disciplinary board representation practice group and has more than 20 years of experience in the arena of professional liability defense.
