Dickie McCamey & Chilcote sued former client Nation Care Inc. for breach of contract on Sept. 22 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. The complaint seeks over $16,000 in allegedly unpaid invoices for legal defense services in an underlying wage-and-hour class action. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
