Lamb McErlane announced that Sonal Parekh has joined the firm as an associate in its health law department.
Parekh's practice includes a broad range of health care regulatory-related issues and transactional matters on behalf of health care systems and practices, physicians, dentists and other health care providers.
She drafts, reviews and negotiates a myriad of health care-related contracts, including employment and service agreements, confidentiality disclosure agreements, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, collaborative practice agreements, and clinical study agreements.
