On May 18, 2017, plaintiff Karyn Taylor, 54, a mental-health worker, was operating a vehicle on Northern Pike in Monroeville. While stopped, the rear of her vehicle was struck by the front of a trailing vehicle driven by Aaron Myler. Taylor claimed neck injuries.
