Pennsylvania’s largest medical malpractice verdict of 2022 just got bigger, with a judge’s grant of delay damages bringing the total award against a Penn Medicine doctor to $21.3 million.

But the judge’s post-trial rulings weren’t all positive for the plaintiff’s lawyer.
