Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young Philadelphia partner Jan M. Folena moderated a panel titled "Law & Compliance: Reading the Tea Leaves: Enforcement Trends from the SEC and CFTC" at the Futures Industry Association's FIA Expo 2023 in Chicago.
The panel of attorneys discussed the SEC's and CFTC's increased enforcement in the digital currency space, trends related to ESG and cybersecurity, off-channel communications and highlighted some recently decided enforcement actions from these two key market regulators.
At Stradley Ronon, Folena is also co-chair of the securities litigation enforcement practice group. Folena has over 20 years of federal government enforcement, investigation and litigation experience.
