PPG Architectural Finishes Inc., the Glidden Co. Inc. and Vanderbilt Minerals LLC were hit with a personal injury lawsuit on Oct. 2 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. The court action was brought by the Locks Law Firm on behalf of Glen Moyer. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 231000169, Moyer Vs The Glidden Company, Inc. Etal.
