Lowe's and other defendants were slapped with a personal injury lawsuit on Oct. 17 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. The lawsuit was filed by Simon & Simon on behalf of Marguerite Wood, who contends she was struck by a falling trolley of wood. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
