On Oct. 18, Capehart Scatchard workers' compensation department attorneys Stephen Fannon, Alexis Rose and Jaclyn Terranova presented a CLE titled "Bridging the Workplace Generation Gap."
Terranova served as moderator for the panel discussion, which was hosted by the diversity and inclusion committee at the firm.
The participants provided an overview of the applicable statutes and case law addressing age bias and discrimination in the workplace. Additionally, they spoke on how to inspire generational synergy so that all workers are valued in the workplace.
