McNees Wallace & Nurick attorney Brigid Landy Khuri is scheduled to moderate the Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts' (PMC) Appellate Court Candidates Forum on Tuesday evening.
Participating candidates include: Judges Carolyn Carluccio and Daniel McCaffery for the Supreme Court; attorneys Maria Battista and Jill Beck and Judge Timika Lane for the Superior Court; and attorney Megan Martin and Judge Matt Wolf for the Commonwealth Court.
These candidates for the commonwealth's appellate courts, including the Supreme Court, Superior Court and Commonwealth Court, are set to answer questions and provide voters an opportunity to get to know them and their judicial philosophies.
