Injured Patron Sued Driver Who Crashed Into Restaurant
On May 19, 2021, plaintiff Eileen Nolan, in her early 70s, was a patron at a restaurant whose building was inadvertently struck by a vehicle driven by Nainshad Maneckshaw. Believing that they were in danger, the patrons began running toward the back of the restaurant. In doing so, Nolan fell and fractured her knee.
