The second trial of Philadelphia’s Roundup mass tort is set to begin next week on the heels of three back-to-back plaintiff wins in litigation over the weedkiller.

Jury selection in Martel v. Nouryon Chemicals began Thursday, less than a week after Philadelphia’s first Roundup case ended in a $175 million verdict against Monsanto.
