Following is a listing of executive and legislative action for the week of Nov. 13. The Pennsylvania Senate and state House of Representatives are both scheduled to reconvene Dec. 11.

Sexual Harassment in the Workplace

Senate President Pro Tempore Kim Ward, R-Westmoreland, along with Sens. Kristin Phillips-Hill, R-York; Tracy Pennycuick, R-Berks; and Sen. Maria Collett, D-Montgomery, on Nov. 14 issued a co-sponsorship memo announcing the Senate’s intent to advance a bipartisan legislative package consisting of two bills to increase measures when addressing matters of sexual harassment in the workplace.
