Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman and Siri & Glimstad filed a data breach class action on Nov. 17 in Pennsylvania Western District Court against Dollar Energy Fund in relation to a cyberattack that occurred around Feb. 2023. The lawsuit is part of a wave of cases brought on behalf of individuals whose personally identifiable information and genetic information was allegedly compromised in a cyberattack. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:23-cv-01988, Flagella v. Dollar Energy Fund.
