The state Superior Court has chided a Pennsylvania attorney for being overly aggressive and breaking court rules after they continued to seek trial listings for a case, despite it still being before the appellate court.

The intermediate appellate court advised counsel for the plaintiff in Grady v. Nelson that “steamrolling the rules and engaging in abusive or uncivil conduct may result in repercussions,” after counsel continued to push the matter before the court through the lower courts.
