The First Judicial District’s Complex Litigation Center is undergoing some leadership changes at a time when several mass tort programs are gearing up toward trial.

Effective last week, Philadelphia Administrative Judge Lisette Shirdan-Harris elevated Judge Joshua Roberts to begin overseeing the center as team leader. He takes over the role from Judge Abbe Fletman, who on Thursday was appointed as supervising judge of the Commerce Court.
