Barley Snyder announced that the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP) has reappointed attorney Martin R. Siegel to its sewage advisory committee.
As a member of the committee, Siegel will have the opportunity to review and provide input on proposed and current rules, regulations, standards and procedures relating to the PA DEP's Sewage Facilities Act. The committee is composed of members who represent various organizations having a direct interest in the area of water and sewage as the secretary deems necessary.
Siegel will serve a two-year term representing the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
