McNees Wallace & Nurick announced that energy attorney Charis Mincavage is the firm's newest member, effective Jan. 1, 2024.

Mincavage practices in the firm's energy and environmental law group, counseling clients on the business, regulatory and legal requirements of the constantly changing energy landscape. She focuses on matters involving electricity, natural gas, water and wastewater and has represented large commercial and industrial customers in proceedings before federal and state administrative agencies as well as at the appellate level, including before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Her litigation experience concentrates on the representation of clients before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, while her transactional experience focuses on the negotiation of complex energy procurement agreements with a focus on alternative energy sources, including solar and wind projects.
